Leonard A. Doggett Electrical Engineering Building scrapbook, 1938-1948.

A scrapbook created by Leonard A. Doggett primarily to document the building of the new Electrical Engineering Building on the Penn State main campus completed in 1940. There are letters and photographs concerning the ceremony to celebrate the laying of the cornerstone on November 9, 1938. There are also several photographs of the building while it was under construction and photographs of the building on the outside and inside once it was completed.
